Additionally, Lauren coordinates the Family Day Camp programs, ensuring these events offer impactful and healing experiences for children and parents alike. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social Science, alongside a Diploma in Human Resources, providing her with a strong foundation for her role.
Lauren’s journey with Feel the Magic began as a volunteer mentor and talk-time counselor at Camp Magic, where she connected deeply with grieving children and their stories. She later took on an administrative role, assisting the National Program Coordinator, before stepping into her current position as Family Liaison Officer.
As a mother to two daughters, a son, and a stepson, Lauren understands the importance of family and resilience. In her personal life, she brings a warmth and enthusiasm rooted in her own childhood passions—she loved ballet growing up, a love she carries into her work today by bringing grace and poise to each family she serves.
