With over 19 years of experience in the life insurance sector - including leadership roles at AIA, TAL, ALUCA (Board Member), and InsurePride (Chair) - Paul brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a powerful network to Feel the Magic.
Skilled at building corporate and community partnerships, he is passionate about creating sustainable funding streams that ensure long-term impact for grieving kids and their families.
Paul’s connection to Feel the Magic is deeply personal—after losing his mother to suicide at age 10, he understands firsthand the challenges of childhood grief. This experience fuels his drive to align corporates with purpose-driven causes and champion diversity, equity, and belonging across both the insurance and charity sectors.
An active volunteer leader with Feel the Magic, Thread Together, and NASCA, Paul is known for his ability to connect people and causes in ways that deliver meaningful outcomes.
Outside of work, he’s a proud foodie, weekend adventurer, and lifelong musicals fan (Wicked tops the list). He also has a soft spot for otters—so much so that he has four otter-inspired tattoos.
