Every member of the Feel the Magic team began as a volunteer - deeply connected to our community and mission. Their journey from volunteering to shaping our organisation is a powerful reflection of their belief in our programs and the impact they have on grieving kids across Australia.
Meet the passionate people who now help guide and grow our organisation below.
Guided by compassion, curiosity, and connection, Jaimee supports children and families as they navigate life’s challenges — helping young people feel understood, empowered, and never alone.
Jaimee is a Provisional Psychologist at Feel the Magic, bringing a unique blend of psychological knowledge, therapeutic experience, and a deep commitment to supporting children through moments of change and adversity. With a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours I) from UNSW and Masters of Professional Psychology from Monash University, Jaimee has developed a strong understanding of child development, emotional wellbeing, and the ways relationships and environments shape a child’s experience.
Alongside her role at Feel the Magic, Jaimee works within a private paediatric clinic and the disability sector as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, supporting children and young people with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, complex trauma, and emotional regulation challenges. Through this work, she has developed a strengths-based approach that focuses on understanding each child’s story, building trust, and creating spaces where children feel safe to express themselves.
Jaimee’s passion lies in helping children recognise their strengths, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to navigate big emotions and life’s challenges. She believes that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued — and that meaningful change begins through genuine connection.
