The Lyone Foundation was born from a belief that success should be shared. As the philanthropic arm of COS, Australia’s largest family-owned and operated workplace supplies business, it channels the Lyone family’s longstanding commitment to giving back.
COS was founded in 1977 by the late Dominique Lyone, who grew the business from humble beginnings into a national leader. Inspired by a reflection trip to South Africa, Dominique, with daughters Belinda and Amie, established the Foundation in 2013, pledging $1 million annually. Today, under Belinda and Amie’s leadership as Co-CEOs, COS donates 1% of annual revenue, supporting underfunded local charities focused on human welfare.
