Delivery Policy: When placing an order for your desired event/s and or product, you will receive an email confirmation from email@example.com If you provided correct email address). Please also check your Spam inbox, in case your confirmation email finds its way there. We will also send through from firstname.lastname@example.org a tax receipt containing your detailed order within 15 minutes of purchase. Events do not require an E-Ticket, in this case you will be marked off on arrival at the event. Products will be shipped out within 7 days of transaction to your nominated address when order was placed. If you wish to query about any of the above, you can do so by emailing email@example.com
Refund Policy: Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend an event, you must contact Feel the Magic Ltd by no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the event, no refund will be payable.
Should an Event be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, Feel the Magic Ltd will endeavour to provide alternate dates for the event to go ahead. A full refund can be provided within 30 days of request if alternate dates do not work for the purchaser.
