Camper Application Process
- Submit an application by clicking on the blue Camper Application button below.
- Your camper application may take up to 15 minutes. Please provide as much information possible on your child.
- Once application is submitted and received, we will send a confirmation email letting you know that the process is now in motion.
- If applying for more than two children, complete the first two applications then email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions on the remaining applications.
Email of acceptance
- Applications are reviewed three months prior to the applied camp date.
- You will receive email notification informing you whether your application was successful or not.
- If your child was unsuccessful, you will be notified of alternate camp dates to choose from.
- If your child was successful, our camp coordinator will send an email outlining the next stages of your child's application.
Camp Magic® Criteria
- Camp Magic® has been designed for children effected by the death of a parent, sibling or legal guardian.
- Children are aged between 7-17
- The parent, sibling or guardian must have been deceased for a minimum of 6 months.
