Camper Application Process

Submitting Form

  • Submit an application by clicking on the blue Camper Application button below.
  • Your camper application may take up to 15 minutes. Please provide as much information possible on your child.
  • Once application is submitted and received, we will send a confirmation email letting you know that the process is now in motion.
  • If applying for more than two children, complete the first two applications then email nsuffling@feelthemagic.org.au for further instructions on the remaining applications.

 Email of acceptance

  • Applications are reviewed three months prior to the applied camp date.
  • You will receive email notification informing you whether your application was successful or not.
  • If your child was unsuccessful, you will be notified of alternate camp dates to choose from.
  • If your child was successful, our camp coordinator will send an email outlining the next stages of your child's application.

Camp Magic® Criteria

  • Camp Magic® has been designed for children effected by the death of a parent, sibling or legal guardian.
  • Children are aged between 7-17
  • The parent, sibling or guardian must have been deceased for a minimum of 6 months.

Camper Application

Applications for our 2020 Camp Magic programs are closed until further notice.

Pending restrictions, we will look to resume camps at the end of 2020 and will be prioritising the families that were booked in earlier in the year. To support the needs of your family, please look into our online ‘Healthy Grieving Program’ and register your interest.
